Meredith Dalton is an international development specialist with 30 years of leadership in program management and humanitarian operations. She has held senior Peace Corps roles, including Country Director in Azerbaijan and Director of Management & Operations in Armenia and Suriname. As Roving Senior Advisor, she has completed multiple assignments in over a dozen countries across Europe and Asia during the past decade. Until recently, Meredith also served as Senior Operations Advisor for USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, aiding disaster response teams in Iraq, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Ukraine, and providing operations and budget support to regional field offices in Central/South America and Europe/Middle East. She authored Culture Shock! Ukraine and holds an MBA from The Wharton School and BA/MA degrees in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Russian art. She is conversational in Russian, French, and Spanish.
