A frugal approach to managing our financial resources characterizes World Neighbors financial strategy. Our annual operating budget is approximately $6.4 million, which is invested in people, not things such as expensive construction and material aid.
World Neighbors operations are led by the president and CEO, who is ably assisted by a coordinating team composed of seven senior staff members. The World Neighbors staff includes: 18 team members located in the United States, including San Francisco, Ohio and at the Oklahoma City headquarters; 75 team members in the field who are from the areas where they work; more than 50 local partner organizations that help to train volunteers and leaders; thousands of volunteers in Asia, Africa and Latin America and Caribbean.
