Annual Events
International Celebration of Women Luncheon
This is a unique fashion show that does not feature fashions seen in Paris, London or New York. Instead, World Neighbors presents the latest fashions from the dirt roads, markets and fields in some of the poorest locations on Earth, including Burkina Faso, Nepal, Haiti, Peru, Guatemala and more!
 Offering a snapshot into the daily life of women and families in developing countries, you will enjoy international food, an ethnic fashion show and shopping at this one-of-a kind event!

John L. Peters Society members are invited to a yearly reception held in late April. It is always an amazing time for World Neighbors supporters to visit with friends, meet new members and learn more about our work.

LUNAFEST Oklahoma
LUNAFEST is brought to Oklahoma every year by the Work of Women (WOW!) at World Neighbors. LUNAFEST is a way to simultaneously promote women filmmakers, raise awareness for women's issues and support local nonprofits that help women. The evening event is full of fun with food, wine and Short films..by, for and about women®.
Past LUNAFEST films have won industry awards and audience accolades.
